Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Express Digital, an initiative of Express Digital, Inc. By creating an account or posting a brief you agree to them.
The platform
Express Digital connects clients who need digital marketing services with independent, verified experts. Clients post briefs with a budget ceiling; experts submit bids at or below that ceiling.
For clients
- Posting a brief is free. You are not obliged to accept any bid and may cancel an open brief at any time.
- The total shown on each bid includes a 20% audit fee that funds independent quality review. The expert receives the remaining 80%.
- Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and is never included in bids.
- Keep briefs free of passwords, payment details and other sensitive personal data.
For experts
- Only verified experts may bid. We may grant, suspend or remove verification at our discretion.
- Bids must be genuine, at or below the client ceiling, and describe work you can deliver.
- Experts are independent businesses, not employees of Express Digital.
Payments
Package orders are confirmed by email and paid through a secure PayPal link. We never collect card details on this website. Marketplace engagements are invoiced after a bid is accepted.
Quality and audits
Auditors review deliverables against the agreed plan and record a verdict. Where work falls short, we will work with the client and expert to put it right, in line with our money back guarantee for packages.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, post unlawful content, attempt to access other accounts or bypass the marketplace to avoid fees on introductions made through it.
Liability
Search, advertising and AI platforms change constantly, so specific rankings or results cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
