This policy explains what Express Digital ("we", "us"), an initiative of Express Digital, Inc., 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Newark, DE 19702, United States of America, collects through this website and platform and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you send in forms: name, email, company, website, phone, budget and your message.
- Account details if you register: email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), name, company and, for experts, services, experience, portfolio and bio.
- Marketplace activity: briefs you post, bids you place, updates and audit notes.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs to keep the service secure, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and prepare reports you request.
- To run the marketplace: show briefs to verified experts, show bids to the client who posted the brief, and record audit results.
- To verify experts and keep the platform safe.
Experts see the content of a brief but not the client's name or contact details until the client appoints them. Clients see the names, experience and proposals of experts who bid.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in session and, while you configure a brief, a draft of your answers so you don't lose them. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Service providers
We use Supabase for the database and sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Google Fonts for typefaces and jsDelivr to deliver a code library. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing care@express.digital.

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version above.
